  1. fresh shell beans
  2. chicken broth or vegetable broth
  3. onion diced
  4. garlic minced
  5. 1 sprig rosemary
  6. 1 sprig thyme
  7. tomatoes diced
  8. zucchini or any summer squash, diced
  9. 1 handful basil fresh
  10. parmesan grated
  1. Simmer fresh shell beans in broth with diced onion, minced garlic, and a sprig of rosemary and thyme
  2. Add diced tomatoes and zucchini for the last 10-15 minutes of cooking
  3. Finish with a handful of fresh basil leaves and a shower of grated parmesan
