Basil Mayo
The Plant Lady
Great on grilled veggie or chicken sandwiches.

Ingredients
Basil: a big
packed handful
Garlic: a few peeled cloves
Mayo: 1/2 C + 1/4 - 1/2 C more
to taste
Instructions
Combine basil, garlic, 1/2 C mayo in small processor, process until smooth.
Add more mayo to dilute to desired strength.
Notes
Store in fridge for up to 2 months, unless mayo is homemade. If it's homemade, follow the storage recommendations for homemade mayo.
