Basil Mayo

Great on grilled veggie or chicken sandwiches.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful basil, fresh packed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup more, to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine basil, garlic, 1/2 C mayo in small processor, process until smooth.
  2. Add more mayo to dilute to desired strength.

Notes

Store in fridge for up to 2 months, unless mayo is homemade. If it's homemade, follow the storage recommendations for homemade mayo.
