Garlic Scapes in Oil

Ingredients
1/4
c
olive oil
2
c
finely diced scapes
pinch
of salt
Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat
2. Add the scapes and salt and saute until softened, 3-5 mins
Notes
Refrigerate:
transfer to a bowl, cool, cover, refrigerate for up to 3 days
Freeze:
Spoon the scapes into ice cube trays, cover and freeze for up to 6 months
