Ingredients
fresh shell beans
chicken broth or vegetable broth
onion diced
garlic minced

sprig rosemary
1
sprig thyme
tomatoes diced
zucchini or any summer squash
diced

handful basil fresh
parmesan grated
Instructions
Simmer fresh shell beans in broth with diced onion, minced garlic, and a sprig of rosemary and thyme
Add diced tomatoes and zucchini for the last 10-15 minutes of cooking
Finish with a handful of fresh basil leaves and a shower of grated parmesan
