Pickled Jalapenos or Pepperoncinis

Ingredients
  

  • 15 large Jalapenos or Pepperoncinis about a pint when sliced
  • 1 cup Distilled White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Kosher Salt
  • 2 clove Garlic

Method
 

  1. Slice peppers into coins - 1/4" is probably good.
  2. Slice or smash garlic.
  3. In a medium saucepan bring the vinegar, water, sugar, salt & garlic to a boil.
  4. Add peppers, making sure they are all submerged, then take off the heat and set for 10 minutes.
  5. Pack into jar, cool, the refrigerate
