Method
- Cook the pasta, but before it's done, use the water to blanch the broccoli raab; drain the pasta, reserving a little of the cooking water
- Sautee the broccoli raab with some olive oil, red pepper flakes, and garlic until tender
- Toss the raab and white beans with the pasta and add parmesan. Moisten with pasta cooking water if too dry.
