Orechiette, Broccoli Raab, and White Beans

  1. broccoli raab
  2. pasta
  3. olive oil
  4. pepper flakes
  5. garlic
  6. fresh shell beans like white beans, cooked
  7. Parmesan
  1. Cook the pasta, but before it's done, use the water to blanch the broccoli raab; drain the pasta, reserving a little of the cooking water
  2. Sautee the broccoli raab with some olive oil, red pepper flakes, and garlic until tender
  3. Toss the raab and white beans with the pasta and add parmesan. Moisten with pasta cooking water if too dry.
