Great on grilled veggie or chicken sandwiches.
- Basil: a big packed handful
- Garlic: a few peeled cloves
- Mayo: 1/2 C + 1/4 - 1/2 C more to taste
- Combine basil, garlic, 1/2 C mayo in small processor, process until smooth.
- Add more mayo to dilute to desired strength.
Store in fridge for up to 2 months, unless mayo is homemade. If it's homemade, follow the storage recommendations for homemade mayo.
