Basil Mayo
Great on grilled veggie or chicken sandwiches.

  1. Basil: a big, packed handful
  2. Garlic: a few peeled cloves
  3. Mayo: 1/2 C + 1/4 - 1/2 C more, to taste
  1. Combine basil, garlic, 1/2 C mayo in small processor, process until smooth.
  2. Add more mayo to dilute to desired strength.
  1. Store in fridge for up to 2 months, unless mayo is homemade. If it's homemade, follow the storage recommendations for homemade mayo.
